The connected growth engine

How customers enter, convert and keep growing

Data is captured once, automations act on it and results feed back into acquisition. Select a stage.

A six-stage connected growth engine. Customer Acquisition leads to Website and Onboarding, then Data and CRM, then AI and Automation, then Analytics and Reporting, then Growth Optimisation, which feeds back into Customer Acquisition. Select a stage to read example workflows.

Customer Acquisition: example workflows

  • Target accounts are sourced, enriched and checked against existing customers before outreach.
  • Paid campaign leads and outbound replies arrive in the same qualification queue.

The problem

Growth stalls in the gaps between tools

Most businesses have the tools. What is missing is the connection.

  • Problem: Fragmented tools that do not share data

Outcome: Connected operations on one data layer

  • Problem: Manual follow-ups that depend on memory

Outcome: Faster, triggered responses with human handoffs

  • Problem: Lead context lost between teams

Outcome: Full history travels with every record

  • Problem: Inconsistent, duplicated data

Outcome: Clean, deduplicated records with clear rules

  • Problem: Attribution nobody can see

Outcome: Reporting on agreed definitions, with named owners

What we build

Five pillars, one growth system

Each works on its own. Together they cover acquisition to retention, built from third-party tools, APIs and custom-built components.

Fixed-scope project

Growth infrastructure builds

One clean data layer, connected to the tools you already use.

  • Customer and prospect data layer
  • Segmentation, enrichment and deduplication
  • Integrations and shared activity history

ExampleImports are matched, enriched and segmented before use.

Build + optional support

AI agents & automation

Agents that remove repetitive work, with people in control.

  • Reply triage and qualification
  • Follow-ups and human escalation
  • Lead routing and CRM updates

ExampleA reply is classified, drafted for approval and logged.

Build or managed campaigns

Customer acquisition systems

Outbound and paid channels, sharing one data and handoff process.

  • Cold email, LinkedIn and calling
  • Google, LinkedIn and Meta ads
  • Landing pages and lead capture

ExampleOutbound replies and paid leads share one queue.

Build + ongoing optimisation

Analytics & growth operations

Tracking and reporting that show what is working.

  • Attribution and event tracking
  • Dashboards on agreed definitions
  • Alerts and data quality checks

ExampleA broken form alerts a named owner.

Scoped sprint or project

Conversion & activation

Better journeys from first interest to active customer.

  • Website and journey improvements
  • Lead capture and routing
  • Onboarding and activation flows

ExampleA stalled sign-up gets a nudge, its owner an alert.

Growth Infrastructure Sprint

Your growth infrastructure, built in 30 days.

A fixed-scope sprint to connect your critical systems, launch first workflows and set up reporting, agreed in a signed statement of work.

Typical scope, tailored to your business. A focused window, not a guarantee to finish every system. Email warm-up can take longer.

  1. Days 1 to 5

    Discovery

Audit channels, data, tools and ownership.

  2. Days 6 to 14

    Connected systems

    Data model, integrations and outreach.

  3. Days 15 to 22

    Initial launch

First workflows and campaigns go live.

  4. Days 23 to 30

    Handover

    QA, documentation and access transfer.

  5. Next 60 to 90 days

    Roadmap

    Roadmap and optional managed plan.

Workflows in practice

What connected workflows look like

Illustrative examples of how we design workflows, not client results.

Illustrative example

Prospect to qualified conversation

  1. Target accounts are sourced, enriched and checked against customers and suppression lists.
  2. Outreach runs across agreed channels with shared messaging and opt-out handling.
  3. An agent classifies each reply and drafts a response for approval.
  4. Interested prospects are routed to the right owner with the full conversation history.
  5. The CRM records the source, so the meeting can be traced back to the campaign.

How delivery works

From discovery to a system you can run

  1. 1

    Discover

    Audit, priorities and a baseline.

  2. 2

    Architect

    Data model, workflows and approvals.

  3. 3

    Build

    Configure, develop and integrate.

  4. 4

    Test & Launch

End-to-end tests and a staged launch.

  5. 5

    Handover / Operate

Hand it over, or we run it.

Agreed before we build

Written into the statement of work, every time.

  • Dependencies

    Listed up front.

  • Milestones

    With acceptance criteria.

  • Documentation

    Procedures and data flows.

  • Governance

    Opt-outs, AI approvals, data handling.

  • Access ownership

As agreed in the statement of work.

Proof

Verified results, clearly labelled

Outbound results and build work are kept separate, so one never proves the other.

Systems builds

Growth infrastructure work

Build case studies are published once complete and approved. Until then, these are anonymised project patterns.

  • Central, deduplicated customer data
  • Connected outreach with reply handling
  • AI follow-up with approval controls
  • Dashboards, documentation and a roadmap

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The short answers. Open any question for detail.

Something else? Book a call and ask us directly.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Usually, yes. We start with the CRM, website and sales tools you already use and connect them rather than forcing a migration. Systems often combine suitable third-party tools, APIs and custom-built components. We recommend new software only where it is genuinely needed, and any material dependency or subscription cost is agreed with you first.

What do we own?

Ownership is defined per engagement in the statement of work. Your customer and prospect data stays yours. Bespoke deliverables, configurations and documentation are handed over as agreed. Third-party platforms remain licensed from their providers, and reusable Growleady components are licensed rather than transferred unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Do we need a new CRM?

Rarely. Most engagements improve the CRM you already have by cleaning data, defining fields and stages, and connecting it to your channels and workflows. If a migration is genuinely needed, we scope it as a separate piece of work.

How do AI approvals work?

We agree up front which actions an agent can take on its own, which need a person to approve them and which always go straight to your team. Sensitive, ambiguous or high-value conversations are escalated to a person, agent actions are logged for review, and personal data is only sent to AI providers under authorised arrangements.

What can be delivered in 30 days?

Our Growth Infrastructure Sprint is a fixed-scope 30-day engagement covering discovery, a central data model, the agreed integrations, first workflows and campaigns, initial dashboards, documentation and a 60 to 90-day roadmap. The exact scope, dependencies and exclusions are set in the statement of work, and email warm-up can run beyond the launch window.

Can you run it afterwards?

Yes. You can take the documented system in-house, ask us to manage and improve it on an ongoing basis, or have us operate agreed acquisition channels and growth workflows for you, with reporting and qualified handoffs to your team.

How is a project priced?

Builds and sprints are quoted as fixed-scope projects after discovery, and ongoing management is a monthly arrangement. Managed outbound has published floors: cold email from $2,500/month USD (£2,000/month UK) for roughly 10,000 sends a month, and LinkedIn outreach from $1,500 per managed profile per month. Cold calling, AI sales agent builds and automation projects are quoted on a call.

Do you run paid ads?

Yes. We plan and manage Google, LinkedIn and Meta campaigns, build the landing pages they point to, and connect every lead to the same enrichment, qualification, routing and follow-up as your outbound. What can be tracked depends on your website, consent framework, CRM and technical environment, and we agree that up front.

Is managed cold email still a Growleady service?

Yes. Managed cold email, LinkedIn outreach and cold calling remain specialist acquisition services, and they plug into the same data, routing and reporting as the rest of your growth system. First meetings typically land 2-3 weeks after campaign launch.
